Encrypt Your USB Flash Drive:
T r u e C r y p t Free open-source disk encryption
software for Windows Vista/XP, Mac OS X, and Linux !! With wide
deployment of USB Flash Drives being used in various environments
(secured or otherwise), the issue of data and information security
remains of the utmost importance. The use of encryption is becoming
the norm with the need for increased security for data; OTFE*
systems such as T r u e C r y p t are particularly useful in this
regard, as they can transparently encrypt large amounts of data. Ask
your Project Manger about uploading
T r u e C r y p t Encryption on your next USB Flash Drive order
(Data Upload charge applies).
*On-the-fly encryption (OTFE) is a term often used when referring to
disk encryption software. "On-the-fly" refers to the fact that the
files are accessible immediately after providing the key, and the
entire volume is typically mounted as if it were a physical drive,
making the files just as accessible as any unencrypted ones.
